Farewell-Welcome Function (1st February, 2021) (OWA Delhi)

A long overdue **farewell** for our Ex-president, Smt. Udita Vats and Executive member, Smt. Aarti Dhiman was organized today. .

We also formally welcomed the President, Smt. Archana Jayaswal.
