CPWD Officers’ Wives Association Donates to PM’s Relief Fund for Uttrakhand Victims 30th August 2013

Smt. **Rekha Gupta**, President, CPWD Officers' Wives Association presented a cheque of **Rs. 5,00,000/-** (Rs. Five Lakh Only) to Shri Kamal Nath, Union Minister of Urban Development on 30.08.2013.

CPWD Officers’ Wives Association has been rendering not only social services for empowering needy women but also running Creche and award scholarships to needy children & women of CPWD employees on Merit-cum-Means basis. The members of the association deeply commiserate with the victims of the tragedy that has struck Uttrakhand.

Shri Sudhir Krishna, Secretary, MoUD, Shri V.K. Gupta, Director General, CPWD and other senior officers of CPWD were also present in the function.
