REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATION
Republic day was celebrated with much enthusiasm at Hriday Kunj Play School and Bal baseras . The National Flag was hoisted and the children sang the national anthem and patriotic songs. Refreshments were distributed to the children.

6th November, 2023

The CPWD-OWA (Delhi) organized 'DIWALI CELEBRATION' for its members at Hriday Kunj.
It was a fun filled evening with a mix of dance and music.We had some in-house song performances.
The Scholarships for 'Satya Goel Memorial Award' were distributed to seven children of group C employees by Sh O P Goel.
The members played some fun games and tambola which they enjoyed thoroughly. The programme concluded on a joyful note and the members enjoyed the delectable food.

To inculcate the feeling of nationalism in children, on Independence day, the National Flag was hoisted by the President OWA at all the Creches and Hriday Kunj. Children sang patriotic songs and gave dance performances. They were given sweets and refreshments. A new Creche was inaugurated at the CGO Complex construction site.

The TEEJ FESTIVAL was celebrated in Hriday Kunj with great zeal.
The ladies dressed to their best and enjoyed the celebration thoroughly.
Such are the occasions when the Executive members get an opportunity to mingle with the senior members and enjoy their company.

The eve of 169th CPWD FOUNDATION DAY was celebrated with much enthusiasm on the 11th July, 2023.
Sh. Hans Raj Hans, Hon’ble MP (Lok Sabha) was the Chief Guest.
The Event was attended by Sh. Rajesh Kumar Kaushal, DG, CPWD and members of the CPWD Family .

CPWD-OWA (Delhi) organized a picnic for the Bal Basersa children at Buddha Jayanti Park .
Games were arranged for the children and winners were given prizes.
All the children were given return gifts.The award for best creche went to the one at Netaji Nagar.
The event was attended by members of the executive body and senior members. Refreshments and lunch was served to all.
The children thoroughly enjoyed the outing.
