Flag Day Celebration with DG Office, 27th March 2013, OWA DELHI

CPWD Officers Wives Association led by its President **Mrs. Rekha Gupta**, Vice Presidents and other office bearers celebrated its **Flag Day** in CPWD Conference Hall at **Nirman Bhawan** in presence of **Shri V. K. Gupta, DG**, and other senior officers of C.P.W.D. The Association raises funds for its social activities by distribution of flags on Flag Day.
